Menighetti was commissioned to carry out three architectural programming projects within the scope of the urban renewal process. The first project concerns the urban redevelopment and the programming of the school complex and the gymnasium in Vitrolles (Bouches-du-Rhône).
The first project is about the urban redevelopment and the programming of the school complex and Ray Grassi gymnasium, both located within the district of Pins, in Vitrolles. This study is the last piece of the urban renewal puzzle to fall into place and should start the urban renewal of the adjoining districts off. The second project is about the assessment, feasibility and programming of Lagrange and Coubertin complexes (6,000 sqm). As the ageing sports facilities of the city of Vitrolles cannot meet the current needs and expectations any more, a vast renewal project has been launched, aiming to programme appropriate sports facilities. Last but not least, the city of Nîmes commissioned Menighetti Programmation to define and programme facilities aimed at fostering urban centrality within the district of Pissevin, a priority area in terms of urban development.
