From the very beginning, Menighetti Programmation has benefitted from and has been enriched by multiple, in-house developed, analytical tools providing guidance through the programming process.
These tools are designed to provide users with valuable insight into the sometimes complex realities of projects.
Such interactive tools are used to carry out statistical simulations (frequentation of facilities, demographic projections, etc.) and graphical modelling (from circulation diagrams to large area mapping).

Our Data Pool

  • A facilities database
This database analyses the existing facilities and the services provided over a specific area and constitutes a vital resource for all the studies carried out by Menighetti Programmation. It records and compares more than 2,500 cities and urban communities of similar size that have more than 10,000 inhabitants each and are located both in mainland France and overseas territories. Facilities are classified among 80 families belonging to nine main themes -hotels, food service industry, conference and exhibition amenities, retail, social services, healthcare, education, sports, and culture.

  • Urbis, a dedicated software system for architectural programming
Drafting technical specifications for architects and engineers becomes easier with Urbis. Programming consultants are guided in their choice of the desired technical features which conform to applicable codes and regulations. They can then pick those that best suit the facility type, site, project function, and budget.

Collaborating and sharing through dedicated tools

  • Geographic Information System (GIS)
The GIS of AREP Group incorporates and analyses data sets, files and maps. It can be used in combination with the facilities’ database to map the grid and network of services in a specific area, and can help assess the accessibility of a site, thus introducing a qualitative and thoughtful approach.

Interactive graphic tools

Graphic representations and mappings have always been part of the firm's DNA.

Menighetti Programmation continues to innovate and develop new interactive tools to make complex realities easier to understand.
Drawing on our technical expertise and consulting experience, we have developed a dynamic and interactive web application, designed to support the decision-making process.
This versatile tool:
  • chronologically displays data on the facilities and services managed by local authorities,
  • allows the allocation and sizing of future prospective design scenarios,
  • provides real-time display of the effects brought on by operational decisions.
The different scenarios help us understand and anticipate changes, prospects for the future as well as the impact of decisions.
The web application makes iterative work between project stakeholders easier and is able to adapt to any type of issues local authorities might be faced with.
